<br />Bartman reported that the contract for the bookmobile has been sent to
<br />the city. The County Attorney says to ok the budget with the money in
<br />there and if the contract is not to the Boards liking, we won't give
<br />them the $51,000 for their budget. The agreement is that we ~ill buy
<br />half of the bookmobile and Fonner will buy the other half; a five year .
<br />contract with a 2% increase. ---------

<br />Frauen made motion, seconded by Stelk to adopt the 1994-95 budget.
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie and Stelk voted yes, Landis and
<br />Quandt voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Ellen Merrill, Board Assistant, was ask to send a letter of appreciation
<br />to the offices and departments that lowered or kept their budget asking
<br />amount the same as last year.

<br />Stelk was excused from meeting at 11:15 A.M.
