<br />1995 Hall County Budget. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt
<br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Discussion on freeze on hiring new personnel for full time employment in
<br />Hall County Departments.

<br />pare a resolution for no new full time positions without approval of County
