Letter & resolution from County Treasurer Doris Mason concerning 1991 uncollectible personal property taxes was read. Frauen made motion, seconded by Leslie to adopted the resolution as read. RES 0 L UTI 0 N /~91 ***************************** vffiEREAS, the County Tre~surer had brou~ht to the attention of the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, that there are personal property taxes. which have been on her records for more than two years and remain unpaid, and WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, is satisfied that the County Treasurer has used due diligence to col~ect said taxes, and WHEREAS, it appears that said taxes are owed by persons who have removed from . . this County, or have passed away and left no property out of which taxes can be paid, or for some cause it is impossible to collect such taxes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, in regular session, that Doris Mason, County Treasurer, be, and the same hereby is, authorized and directed to strike from the tax list records in her office all uncollectibxe personal property taxes which have been on her . .. . .. records prior to July 1, 19~, which are 19 91 uncollectible personal property taxes.
