Rev. Stat. S77,-1909 in an amount equal to ten percent of the amount , due; and, WHEREAS, the law firm of Cunningham, Blackburn, Francis, Brock and Cunningham has agreed to represent the County of Hall in the above entitled actions, the compensation for their services to be set by the District Court in the amount of ten percent of the amounts due in such actions pursuant'to Neb. Rev. Stat. S77-1909, payable by the County of Hall upon entry of a decree or decrees of foreclosure in 'the above-entitled actions, plus court costs and title search fees, if any. "",' BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED t.ha.:t the Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby appoints and designates the law firm of Cunningham, Blackburn, Francis, Brock and Cunningham to represent the County of Hall, Nebraska, in the above entitled actions; that said firm is authorized to take such action as necessary to foreclose the tax and special assessment liens therein; that the County of Ball shall pay a fee for such services in the amount of ten percent of the amount due in such actions, as determined by the District Court of Ball County, said amounts payable upon the entry of a decree or decrees therein; that court costs, publication fees and title report fees, if any, shall be the responsibility of the County of Ball. ~ /9 J99sL.
