<br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING, JULY 19, 1994

<br />. The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 a.m. from adjourned session
<br />and by published call, with Chairman Richard Hartman presiding.
<br />
<br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Frauen, Richard Hartman,
<br />Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and Tammie Stelk. None were
<br />absent.
<br />
<br />Invocation was given by Rev. Hahle, Messiah Lutheran Church.
<br />
<br />Pledge of Allegiance was given.
<br />
<br />Minutes of July 12th meeting were accepted as received, on motion by Frauen,
<br />seconded by Quandt. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and
<br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Deputy County Attorney Jerom Janulewicz was present.
<br />Janulewicz spoke in regard to continued funding of Children's Village Family
<br />Resource Center and presented cover letter he had prepared for the contract.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Frauen to approve the cover letter as
<br />prepared, and authorize Chairman to sign the contract with Mid Plains Center
<br />for the Children,'sVillage Center. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis,Leslie,
<br />Quandt and Stelk'voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Janulewicz discussed the Social Service Agreement for reimbursement of federal
<br />share of costs incurred by the County. Janulewicz to obtain additional infor-
<br />mation.
<br />
<br />Janulewicz presented a proposed resolution for tax foreclosure cases and to
<br />have Cunningham Law Firm to handle the cases again this year.
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Quandt to adopt Resolution #1576 as
<br />presented. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk
<br />voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
