Ellen Merrill, County Board Assistant explained the fire and law enforcement protection at the site. Hall County Sheriff Emmett Arnett and Chief Deputy Jan Steepl~ were present. RESO~UTION .# /~&~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Supervisors supports the retrocession of jurisdiction over the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant from the United States of America to the State of Nebraska and the County of Hall under the following terms and conditions: 1. that the County of Hall not assume nor be held responsible for environmental liability or contamination of real property, groundwater, or buildings; 2. that the County of Hall implement the criminal laws of the State of Nebraska and provide law enforcement protection at the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant;
