<br />Discussed the letter received from Attorney James Truell, in regard to budget
<br />for Central Nebraska Humane Society for 1994-1995. Proposed were mileage
<br />reimbursement at rate of .275 per mile, boarding costs increase to $6.00 per
<br />day (up from $5.00) retain the callout fee for service by animal wardens to
<br />$25.00 per call,with after hour calls being $27.50 per call and increase the
<br />euthanasia fees to $15.00 per animal. With these minor increases the budget
<br />currently provides sufficient funds to meet the obligations associated with
<br />maintaining animals for the County.

<br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Leslie to accept the changes in fees requested
<br />by Humane Society for 1994-1995 budget. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Frauen to adopt Resolution #1562 as presented
<br />for additional funding for cab tickets. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman Landis

<br />SUPPLEMENT TO AN AGREEMENT DATED 3-23-93

<br />WHEREAS: The State of Nebraska, DEpartment of Roads agreed to furnish
<br />
<br />additional Section 18 Funds in the amount of $750.00, Nebraska Transportation
<br />
<br />Department Funds in the amount of $625.00, Hall County has agreed to furnish
<br />
<br />funds in the amount of $625.00 for payment to the City Cab Company for 1,000
<br />
<br />additional Cab tickets, making a total of 9,000 Cab tickets at $4.25 each
<br />
<br />for, FY 94.
