Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. COMMITTEE REPORTS: Stelk: Waste Management Meeting, Task Force meeting with Hall County and Lancaster County Public Defenders; Senior Citizens Industries meeting tomorrow. Landis: Visit to Friendship House on meeting on EPC; Task Force meeting with Hall County and Lancaster County Public Defenders; Safety Committee and also Audit committee meeting tomorrow. Leslie: Attended Stuhr Museum Board meeting and has been requested to meet with Veterans Service Officer. Quandt: Bookmobile Committee meeting, estimated costs of new bookmobile at $50,000 to $80,000.; Attended Industrial Foundation meeting last Wednesday and also a Long Range planning meeting today at noon; Received membership study from National Association County Officials, Visited with City of Grand Island Mayor in regard to Stuhr Museum and will set up committee meeting at later date, he suggested Sandi Yoder to attend meeting also. Frauen: Reported all but 3 of the 99 trees have been planted at the County Park. Abernethy: Bookmobile meetingf and the need to look at the contract; Solid Waste' Management meetings; and Task:Force meeting with Hall County and Lancaster County Public Defenders. Following Public Works Committee recommendation was presented. The Public Works Committee recommends the Ball County Board of Supervisors receive bids on Project C40(245), C40(262), C40(263), and C40(265), as follows: C40(245) C40(262) C40'( 263) C40(265) Engleman Road North Road Schimmer Road wildwood Road (18L) (16N) (255) (23J) until 10:00 a.m. on May 24, 1994.
