Motion carried. <br /> <br />Howard Maxon, Communications Civil Defense Director spoke in regard to the <br />resolution for National Warning System. lie recommended the board approve <br />the resolution as 'presented. " <br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Abernethy to adopt Resolution #1554 as <br />presented. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis~ Leslie~ Quandt and Stelk voted yes, <br />none voted no, with Frauen absent.
