<br />Jan Pelland, County Assessor presented update information on the 1994 Ag Land
<br />values for Hall County. She explained the 80% market value mentioned by State
<br />Board of Equalization. Nothing is being' recommended today but will return
<br />to next week's meeting with figures for County Board to consider.

<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Leslie to accept and place on file the
<br />Office reports presented. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
