Abernethy, Frauen, <br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Discussion on th~ specifications for Janitorial Services as presented for <br />review last week. . <br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Frauen to place janitorial services for <br />bid and to accept bids until 5:00 p.m. on February 14th and open bids on <br />February 15, 1994 at 1:30 p.m. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, <br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />. .' <br /> <br />Peter Daiker, PEBSCO representative for National Association of Counties <br />Deferred Compensation Program spoke in regard to the plan. Several Hall <br />County employees have participated in the program for several years and <br />gave board members update on the program available. <br />
