<br />the Upper Wood River-Lower Warm Slough flood control project. He requested
<br />letter of. support and financial commitment of costs ,share from Hall County.
<br />Contractwoti~dbe presented for signature at later date, and costs could be
<br />budgeted over the next 2 or 3 fiscal years.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to go on record in support of the
<br />project and provide necessary funding required. Abernethy, Frauen, Landis,

<br />Central Platte Valley Historic, Scenic & Trails Project-Phase I, estimated
<br />cost to be $17,325.08 to share Buffalo & Hall County each $8662.54. Crane
<br />watching area should be ready February or March 1995.
<br />Motion by Stelk, seconded by Abernethy to approve ISTEA grant application
<br />and budget $8662.54 for the project. Abernethy, Frauen, Landis, Leslie,
<br />and Stelk voted yes, Hartman and Quandt voted no. Motion carried on 5 yes,
