Motion carried. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br /> <br />Stelk reported she attended the Building & Grounds Committee meeting. <br /> <br />Leslie presented a written Building & Grounds Committee recommentation:. <br /> <br />The Hall County Buildings and Grounds Committee recommends <br />the Board of Supervisors approve new carpet being laid in <br />the Clerk Magistrate's office area on the southwest side of <br />the lower level in the Courthouse;except for the moon-shaped <br />area near the vault door.
