<br />Stelk reported she attended the Building & Grounds Committee meeting.

<br />Leslie presented a written Building & Grounds Committee recommentation:.
<br />
<br />The Hall County Buildings and Grounds Committee recommends
<br />the Board of Supervisors approve new carpet being laid in
<br />the Clerk Magistrate's office area on the southwest side of
<br />the lower level in the Courthouse;except for the moon-shaped
<br />area near the vault door. The Committee further recommends
<br />that the cost for the carpet and protective plastic floor
<br />mats be taken from the Buildings and Grounds Department's
<br />budget.
