No employee or agent of the County of Hall, authorized sales outlet location, or lottery operator with which the county contract to conduct a lottery shall be eligible to play the county lottery during such time as any such employee is actually working at such county lottery or while on duty. 4. PENALTIES. Any person who knowingly or intentionally violates any provision of this resolution shall be subject to the criminal penalties provided by Neb.Rev.Stat. section 9-652, as amended. 5. REPEAL OF PREVIOUS RESOLUTION. Resolution #1486 adopted on the 20th day of April, 1993, is hereby repealed with the adoption of this resolution. County Board Chairman. \ 'Motion by Landis, seconded by Quandt that nomination close. County Clerk stated the nominations are now closed for 1994 County Board Chairman. 11 ' ' , Motion by Landis, seconded by Stelk to recess for Executive Session to discuss the nominees for Board Chairman. News reporter Jim Titsworth raised objections to the executive session Question was called for. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, Frauen voted no. Motion carried for executive session on 6 yes, 1 no vote. Executive Session at 10:19 a.m and returned to regular session at 10:34 a.m. on motion by Quandt, seconded by Frauen. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. County Clerk stated two nominations for 1994 County Board Chairman were Richard Hartman and Irene Abernethy, and how did members wish to vote. " Motion by Leslie, seconded by Quandt to cast written ballot for 1994 Board Chairman. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. Written ballots were cast. County Clerk asked Board Assistant Ellen Merrill and Deputy County Attorney Mark Young to count the ballots. Results were announced Hartman five (5) votes Abernethy two (2) votes County Clerk presented the gavel to Richard Hartman for 1994 County Board Chairman. Hartman accepted the gavel and expressed his appreciation to the board members for their vote.
