The annual salary for the office of County Sheriff be <br />established at $38,500.00 for the calendar year 1995. That for <br />each year thereafter a $500.00 cost-of-living increase shall be <br />added to the previous year's salary so that the total amount paid <br />for. the calendar year 1996 shall be $39,000.00, for the calendar <br />year 1997 shall be $39,500.00, and for the calendar year 1998 shall <br />be $40,000.00. <br /> <br />4. The annual salary for the office of County Attorney be <br />established at $47,500.00 for the calendar year 1995. That for <br />each year thereafter a $500.00 cost-of-living increase shall be <br />added to the previous year's salary so that the total amount paid <br /> <br />for the calendar year 1996 shall be $48,000.00, for the calendar <br />year 1997 shall be $48,500.00, and for the calendar year 1998 shall <br />be $49,000.00. <br /> <br />5. The annual salary for the office of County Surveyor be <br /> <br />established at $5,750.00 for the calendar year 1995. That for each <br />year thereafter a $250.00 cost-of-living increase shall be added to <br />the previous year's salary so that the total amount paid for the <br />calendar year 1996 shall be $6,000.00, for the calendar year 1997 <br />shall be $6,250.00, and for the calendar year 1998 shall be <br />$6,500.00. <br /> <br />6. In addition to the above salary, each elected official <br />shall receive during his or her term of office full family health <br />insurance coverage at county expense. Provided, that if an elected <br />official is not eligible to receive family health insurance <br />coverage based upon his or her marital status and/or eligible <br />dependents as set forth in the terms of the county's health <br />insurance group master contract, he or she shall receive full <br /> <br />single health insurance coverage or employee/spouse or child <br />coverage at county expense. With respect to such health insurance <br />coverage, the County reserves the right to change the deductible <br />amount currently established for county officials at any time prior <br />to or during the term of office. <br /> <br />Dated this 11th day of January, 1994. <br />
