Each item was discussed separately. .~ Motion by Landis, seconded by Abernethy to do the elevator and new shaft, . estimate $60,000.00 to bring up to ADA standards. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, -Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Frauen absent. Motion carried. Discussed remodeling the lower floor rest room in Courthouse to meet ADA standards, estimated cost $1500 to $2000. Motion by Stelk, seconded by Leslie to remodel the bath room on lower floor courthouse for ADA, for $1500. to $2000. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Frauen absent. Motion carried. Discussed the ADA requirements on entry doors ~t ~orth entrance at Courthouse, $1975.00; Safety Center, doors with secruity 'systeUL est $1500.00 and east doors at Administration Building estimate cost~875.00 Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Stelk to do the doors as recommended. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Frauen absent. Motion carried. Discussion on architect fee for all projects. Hire at hourly base or at 9% of bid price. After discussion of 6 or 7% fee, Mr Webb agreed to 8% fee Motion by Leslie, Seconded by Stelk to hire Marvin Webb as architect for the projects based at 8% of bid. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt" and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Frauen absent. Motion carried. Tour of old City Hall building will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 3.
