Effective June 1, 1994, the keno commissions to be received by <br />the Rub Lounge shall be increased from four percent (4%) of the gross <br />proceeds received from the operation of a keno-type lottery to five <br />percent (5~) of the gross proceeds received from the operation of a <br />keno-type lottery at the Hub Lounge. <br /> <br />2. The term of this addendum shall be for the remainder of the <br />effective term of the Lottery Operator Agreement. <br /> <br />3.
