Motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion on personnal program that committee had discussed with McDermott <br />& Miller representatives. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Abernethy to direct Ellen, Board Assist- <br />ant to call McDermott & Miller expressing appreciation for services but we <br />will work with NIRMA or NACO on personnel program for the present time. <br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none <br />voted no.
