Rosenkotter made a <br />motion and Landis seconded to accept the recommendation. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes <br />and none voted no. Govenor Kim Roback'smeeting at the <br />Veterans Home concerning changing the homes to the Veterans Affairs. <br /> <br />Abernethy - She attended the Head Start meeting, the Weed Control <br />meeting where they discussed the $50.00 salary for the Weed Board <br />members. .. .she _also attended the meeting at the Veterans Home with <br />:a representqJ:iyeforULt. Govenor Kim Roback. <br /> <br />Leslie - He attended the Criminal Justice Committee meeting ,rag~~dingn_ <br />the space requirements and they will meet again. <br /> <br />Hartman - He attended the meeting at City Hall concerning the railroad <br />spur and the Criminal Justice Committee on the Corrections Department} <br />this will be discusssed at the Board of Corrections meeting. <br /> <br />Rosenkotter- She attended the Economic Development Committee meeting, <br />the Conditional Use meeting and the Head Start Advisory Board. She <br />also reported on the Head Start reading program. <br /> <br />Quandt - He attended the Juveni~and Paternity Defense Committee <br />meeting and the Senior Citizens meeting will be tomorrow. <br /> <br />The Grievance Committee recommendation will be at a later date. <br /> <br />Abernethy updated the Board on the Legislative Hearings.that are <br />coming up. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS- Landis reported on the concerns of the County <br />Sheriff patroling the CAAP. Sheriff Fosket is able to cover this. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS- Quandt expressed concern on the backflow prevention <br />projects. The memo: was read and discussion was held. Rosenkotter <br />made a motion and Stelk seconded to authorized Rick Stepanek to start <br />the work. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Rosenkotter and Stelk <br />all voted yes and Quandt voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />The following meetings will be held - December 18, Board of Corrections <br />meeting at 4:00 P.M., Township Officials Meeting December 18 at 6:00 P.M. <br />County Board of Supervisors Meeting December 19 at 9:00 A.M.
