<br />Motion by Ste1k to amend policy for claim Day and give one hour ,for study
<br />oID claims and begin video tape of meetings at 10:00 A.M. Motion died for
<br />lack of second. .
<br />Motion by Stelk, seconded by Rosenkotter to amend policy for video tapingof
<br />meetings doesn't start until claims have been reviewed. Abernethy, Hartman,
<br />Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion
<br />Approved.

<br />11:00 A.M. returned to session with video tape running. Robert Rauert present.
<br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director spoke in regard to the Mutual Agreement
<br />and Consent for water drainage between Sections 21 and 22 in prairie Creek
<br />Township (12-10) along Monitor Road, north of White Cloud Road,to run water
<br />into prairie Creek with 12 inch pipe. 8 property owners had signed agreement
<br />and property owners to pay for the pipe and County to lay the pipe. Hostler
<br />recommended 15 inch pipe but would 'cost more.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Quandt to approve the agreement requested
<br />and the property owners pay for the pipe and authorize Public Works Department
<br />to lay the pipe. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter
<br />and Ste1k voted yes, none voted no. Motion Approved.
<br />Robert Rauert thanked the board members for their cooperation to have
<br />the pipe installed.
<br />
<br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director present written Ordinance to erect stop
<br />signs at intersection of One-R Road and North Road to make One-R Road a
<br />through road due to the recent surfacing of One-R Road, with existing stop
<br />signs on One-R Road be removed to accommodate the through traffic flow.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Hartman to authorize Public Works Director
<br />to change stop signs at North Road and One-R Road and approve the Ordinance.
<br />Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Ste1k voted yes,
<br />none voted no. Motion Approved.
