<br />9'5F - 3~7 <br /> <br />.5 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the said resolution was prepared and considered by <br />the Board of Supervisors on this date. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF <br />SUPERVISORS that salary for the Hall County Election Commissioner <br />be set as follows: <br /> <br />., <br /> <br /> Period Annual Salary <br /> January 2, 1996, through January 1, 1997 $24,500 <br /> January 2, 1997, through January 1, 1998 $25,000 <br /> January 2, 1998, through January 1, 1999 $25,500 <br /> January 2, 1999, through January 1, 2000 $26,000 <br /> 1. The aforesaid annual salary shall be paid monthly in <br />the amount of one-twelfth the annual amount. <br /> <br />2. In addition to said salary, the Hall County Election <br />Commissioner shall receive full family health insurance coverage <br />at county expense throughout the term of office. Provided, that <br />if the Election Commissioner is not eligible to receive family <br />health insurance coverage based upon his/her marital status <br />and/or eligible dependents as set forth in the terms of the <br />county's health insurance group master contract, he/she may <br />receive single health insurance coverage or employee/spouse or <br />child health insurance coverage at county expense. With respect <br />to such health insurance coverage, the county reserves the right <br />to change the deductible amounts and coverage levels at any time <br />prior to or during the term of office.
