<br />--- <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORSME:~TING-,-, OCTOBER 24, 1995 <br /> <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />95F-..3/0 <br /> <br />~~ <br />~ <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 A.M. from adjourned session <br />and by published call. Vice Chairman Tammie Stelk called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />Present were Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt, Judy Rosenkotter and Tammie Stelk. <br />Irene Abernethy, Richard Hartman and Margaret Landis were not present. <br />Hartman and Landis were attending a meeting at City Hall. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Rev Vernon Werner, Calvary Baptist Church. <br /> <br />Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br />Started review of monthly claims. <br /> <br />Abernethy arrived at 9:30 A.M. Margaret Landis arrived at 10:15 A.M. <br />10:30 A.M. <br />Chairman Abernethy called for roll call. Present were Irene Abernethy, <br />Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt, Judy Rosenkotter and Tammie <br />Stelk. Absent was Richard Hartman. <br /> <br />County Attorney's Office was not represented today. <br /> <br />Approved minutes of October 13th meeting, motion by Quandt, seconded by <br />Rosenkotter to accept as received. Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, <br />Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Hartman absent. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Presented was the agreement with State Department of Social Services to <br />reimburse county for federal share of costs incurred in providing office <br />and service facilities for the public assistance programs. <br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Leslie to approve the agreement and <br />authorize chairman to sign. Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, .Rosenkotter <br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Hartman absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion on Policy for Hall County Board for video recording of the <br />County Board meetings by the County Board Assistant. Correction was . <br />requested for 3.0 responsibilities. Ellen Merrill to make corrections <br />and return policy for action at afternoon session. <br /> <br />Quandt questions the recording and minutes of committee meetings. Discussion <br />followed, but no action was taken. <br /> <br />The following County Office reports were presented and read: <br /> <br />Clerk of District Court, fees collected for September $4131.60 <br /> <br />Register of Deeds,Documentary stamp tax fees for Sept. $3151.95 <br />recording fees for September $9347.50 <br />photo fees for September $ 696.00 <br /> <br />Veterans' Service Office report for quarter ending September 30, 1995 <br /> <br />Communication-Civil Defense Department report for September, 1995 <br /> <br />Motion by Stelk, seconded by Leslie to accept and place on file the county <br />office reports as presented. Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Roserikotter <br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Hartman absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS: <br /> <br />1. Dennis R.
