<br />The written proposal from Doug's Tele-Communications and Security
<br />for the video taping of the county board meetings was received.
<br />The total job estimate was for $5,478.00. Quandt made a motion
<br />and Rosenkotter seconded to accept and approve his proposal. Abernethy,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Le'slie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes
<br />and none voted no.
<br />
<br />Nelson Helm presented the final plat for Johnson Acres Subdivision,
<br />prairie View Second Subdivision and Callahan Subdivison for the board's
<br />approval. Quandt made a motion and Rosenkotter seconded to approve
<br />the plats and authorize the chair to sign. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no.

<br />Doris Mason, Hall County Treasurer, submitted to the board the report
<br />on the delinquent personal property taxes for 1994 and prior years.
<br />Stelk made a motion and Quandt seconded to accept and place on file.
<br />Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk
<br />voted yes and none voted no.
<br />
<br />Discussion on the Election Commissioner's salary was held. The
<br />salary must be set by November 1, 1995. Mary Kay Shay, Election
<br />Commissioner, spoke to the board on the work her office performs.
<br />Rosenkotter stated she will obtain information on other offices and
<br />this will be discussed on the October 24 board meeting.
<br />
<br />A brief discussion on the "stop stick" purchase for the Hall County
<br />Sheriff's Department was held. The Sheriff has the money to purchase
<br />this equipment in his budget.
<br />
<br />The Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts were presented.
<br />Quandt made a motion and Stelk seconded to accept and place on file.
