(Packet of information will be <br />on file in County Board Assistant's Office) <br /> <br />Motion by Leslie, seconded by Hartman to accept and place on file the <br />communications received today. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt <br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Rosenkotter absent. Motion carried.- <br /> <br />Ellen Merrill, County Board Assistant gave weekly update report. Had given <br />each board member a copy of the break down of expenses for offices in regard <br />to Social Security, retirement, health insurance etc. Asked if wished copies <br />to be distributed to each department head for information. <br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Stelk that copy of report be distributed <br />to each department head for information and posting for employees information. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes , none voted no" <br />with Rosenkotter absent. Motion carried. ' <br /> <br />Merrill asked if wished to run advertisement for bank of volunteers to serve <br />on County appointed boards and committees. <br />Motion by Stelk, seconed by Landis to run ad in county newspapers for, <br />,new bank of volunteers. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and <br />- Stelk vot,ed yes, -_ none voted no, with Rosenkotter absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Merrill reported the County Government Day of High School Students is set for <br />Tuesday, November 14th. Schools have requested Supervisors to conduct tours <br />this year. Discussion followed and suggestion of mock trial being held in <br />Courtroom at Courthouse. Placed on agenda for discussion and decision for <br />next week's County Board meeting. <br />
