<br />The renewel of the public amusement license for Fonner View Golf
<br />Course was received. Stelk made amotion and Leslie seconded to
<br />approve the license. Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter
<br />and Stelk all ,voted yes and none voted no.
<br />
<br />The letters from the attorney questionnaires were received and copies
<br />were given to the board members. The indigent defense committee had
<br />recommended establishing a policy board. The committee will set up
<br />another meeting with the county jUdges and return to the board with
<br />a recommendation. This will be put on the agenda July 18. As of
<br />June 30 the contract with Jim Truell expired. The committee consists
<br />of Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk.

<br />The report from Doris Mason, Hall County Treasurer, on the list
<br />of all unpaid Real Estate Taxes and Special Assessments was received.
<br />Hartman made a motion and Rosenkotter seconded to accept the report
<br />and place on file. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no.
<br />
<br />The office report from Marjorie Haubold Hall County Clerk was read.
<br />Fees submitted for June 1 to June 30 were $25,730.00
<br />
<br />The office report from James Fosket Hall County Sheriff was read.
<br />
<br />Total fees earned and collected for April, 199~ were $12,569.45.
<br />
<br />Rosenkotter made a motion and Hartman seconded to accept and place
<br />on file the office reports. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no.
<br />
<br />Quandt made a motion and Hartman seconded to go into a Board of
<br />Equalization. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter
<br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no.

<br />Hartman made a motion and Quandt seconded to return to regular session.
<br />Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all

<br />Questions were addressed to Jan Pelland County Assessor concerning
<br />the estimated valuation of Hall County. The tax levy should go down.
<br />The common levy for school districts was explained by Pelland,this
<br />will be implemented this year.
<br />
<br />The Hall County Treasurers Miscellaneous' Receipts were presented.
<br />Rosenkotter made a motion and Stelk seconded to accept the receipts
<br />and place them on file. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no.
