<br />rec~~~ed. Leslie made a motion and Hartman seconded to approve the
<br />Ren~~al of the Amusement license. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no.

<br />A letter from Stuhr Museum was read concerning the appointment of
<br />two members to the Hall County Museum Board of Trustees. S.N. Wolbach
<br />was recommended for reappointment and Karen Brasee was recommended for
<br />appointment for a five-year term. Rosenkotter made a motion and Stelk
<br />seconded to approve the appointments. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie and::Rosenkotter alL-voted yes_and_Quandt voted no. - -

<br />The following communications were read:

<br />Letter from 1R School concerning the paving of a short piece of
<br />roac;l-cfrom 1R Road. Quandt made a motion and.St.elk seconded to refer
<br />this matter to Dan Hostler and the Public Works Committee~ Abernethy,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes
<br />and none voted no.
<br />The questionaire from Dowding, Dowding and Dowding was received and
<br />read.
<br />The letter from Blue Cross Blue Shield concerning the subgroup
<br />application for the insurance coverage was read. Discussion was
<br />held on the rate increase and other possible insurance options.
<br />A committee including_Hartman, Leslie, and Landis will check into
<br />the insurance carrier.aJ; Dawson County Friday. This will be
<br />discussed again June 13~(
<br />A letter from Central Nebraska Community Services was received and
<br />read. They are requesting an individual from the Hall County Board
<br />be appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for Cental Nebraska
<br />Community Services. Quandt nominated Margaret Landis and Richard
<br />Hartman as an alternate. Stelk seconded thenomination. Abernethy,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes
<br />and none voted no.
<br />A letter from Nebraska Association of County Officials was read
<br />concerning the change in NIRMA Memorandum coverage.
<br />Quandt made a motion and Leslie seconded to accept and place on
<br />file the communications. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no.

<br />Ray Raber from -!the Health Departmel'lt:__reported to the Board that he
<br />is still worklng on the clarificat~on;of the appointments to the
<br />Health Board.

<br />Rosenkotter - She attended the Civil Defense meeting and the City
<br />Council and_County joint meeting.
<br />
<br />Hartman - He reported on a problem with Jim Maloney residence. This
<br />needs to be referred to the Public Works Committee. Quandt made a motion
<br />and Landis seconded to refer this matter to the Public Works Committee.
