Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter <br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. . <br /> <br />Marjorie Haubold presented the list of protests tgu t.h.~board. <br />A total of 1,368 residential protests have been :rece_ived';in <br />addition to the 268 (HU_j for agricultural land. <br />1___1 <br /> <br />The protest application of John Wagoner was discussed. He missed <br />the filing deadline and did not use the proper protest form. The <br />protest period was the 30 days. <br /> <br />Jan Pelland did not present the tax correction notices. They will <br />be presented next week. <br /> <br />Jan Pelland County Assessor requested the Board of Equalization <br />to set the hearing dates for residential commercial protests. <br />May 8 to 13, May 15 to 20, May 22 to 25 as needed~ The Board of <br />Equalization will need to take final action May 26. L~ndi.~made <br />motion and Leslie seconded to set the hearing dates as ,~ended <br />by the County Assessor with the board of equalization final hearing <br />as May 26, at 9:00 A.M. Abernethy, Landis Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter <br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> <br />Jan Pelland Irecommended ,setting the final action for the agricultural <br />improvements be set as May 12. Leslie made motion and Landis seconded <br />to set the final action on agricultural improvements as May 12, <br />9:00 A,M. Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk <br />all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> <br />Quandt made motion and Landis seconded to have"'Janillewicz check to <br />see if Hall County'can,'accept< John' Wagonersprotest,that'was filed <br />after the deadline. Abernethy and Leslie abstained. Rosenkotter <br />voted no. Hartman absent. Landis, Quandt and Stelk voted yes. <br /> <br />f, <br /> <br />Leslie made motion and Quandt seconded to go out of Board of <br />Equalization.
