<br />95F-13? <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #-11a.5.1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has on hand <br />from time to time surplus funds, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been the policy of Hall County to diligently <br />invest such surplus funds, thereby earning interest for the <br />county and its citizens; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper that the Hall County <br />Treasurer be authorized and directed to continue such fiscal <br />practice; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of <br />Supervisors, the Hall County Treasurer, under Revised Statutes of <br />Nebraska 77-2340, is hereby empowered and directed to invest <br />surplus Hall County funds in United States treasury bills and <br />notes and in time certificates of deposits among the various <br />banks in Hall County for terms as said Treasurer deems necessary. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 25th day of April, 1995. <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br /> <br />k:i( ~:Ja& <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />l!l~!lg~~l~{ff~'- <br /> <br />The Hall County mreasurers~)Misce~iapeous receipts were presented. <br />Quandt made mbtionand Rosenkotter seconded to accept and place <br />on ffu.le the Hall County Treasurers Miscellaneous Receipts.
