<br />Quandt made motion and Stelk seconded to refer the bids to the Public
<br />Works Committee for their reccommendation. Abernethy, Hartman,
<br />Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and
<br />none voted no.

<br />Hartman made motion and Quandt seconded to accept the agreement
<br />C40222 for the Hall and Hamilton County Bridge project. Abernethy,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted
<br />yes and none voted no.
<br />
<br />The agreement C40 142-1R Road with Southern Nebraska Public Power
<br />was discussed. The cost to move the poles would be $35,000.00
<br />because of the time involved they would not be able to do the
<br />work and they would have to contract it out at a cost of $60,000.00.
<br />After reviewing the plans it was determined that-i::l"1epoles are
<br />outside of the 10ft. lateral clearance and the \recommenaation wa~j
<br />made not to move the poles. Hartman made motion and Rosenkotter
<br />seconded notto sign the agreement to have the poles moved. Abernethy,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes
<br />and none voted no.

<br />Resolution #1649 with Arden and Gretchen Peterson and Resolution
<br />#1650 with School District No. 1-R were presented. Hartman made
<br />motion to accept Resolutions #1649 and #1650. Abernethy, Hartman,
<br />Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and
<br />none voted no.

<br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is desirous of obtaining additional property for
<br />highway improvement purposes; and

<br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has successfully negotiated with

<br />Arden N. & Gretchen K. Peterson for the sale of certain real estate to be described in the
<br />
<br />following: and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is empowered by the Constitution and laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement purposes and accept deeds
<br />
<br />conveying that real estate.
