Quandt made motion to accept and place on <br />file the office reports. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt <br />Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes and none voted no. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />The following communications were read: <br /> <br />Letter addressed to Izola Sargent requesting correction on her <br />Handi-Bus application <br />William Thornburg, concerning Labor Agreement between Hall County <br />Public Works Department and CWA <br />Letter from Jerry Schmitt State Senator concerning LB 418 <br />State Board of Education informing Hall County of a boundary change <br />for Education Service Unit. <br />Tony Dworak Nebraska Division of Travel and Tourism concerning <br />planning meetings. <br />Quandt made motion and Leslie seconded to accept and place on file <br />the communications. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, <br />Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> <br />Quandt made motion and Stelk seconded to go into Board of <br />Equalization. <br /> <br />The Hall County Board recessed from regular session at 12:10 A.M. <br />to meet as the Board of Equalization. <br /> <br />Present were Irene Abernethy, Richard Hartman, Margaret Landis, <br />Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt, Judy Rosenkotter and Tammie Stelk. <br /> <br />An exemption application was received from Mid Nebraska Mental <br />RetardatlonServices, of 2536 North Carleton Ave.,Grand Island" <br />Nebraska on a 1994 Dodge van. Quandt made motion and Stelk <br />seconded to grant the exemption.
