Kingsley conc~rning an access road. This road is not
developed and he may request some improvements. Dan Hostler
more than 50 bridges to submit their inspection! data electronically
Quandt presented Resolution #1430 passed October 13, 1992,
concerning the limitation of development on South Locust from
Highway 34 to the South Locust Interchange. He requested that
this resolution be revoked. Nelson Helm from the Regional Planning
Commission read a letter concerning the limitation of development.
The intent was to prevent scattered development on prime farm
land and provide for orderly growth. This plan is geared to the
year 2010, but should be reviewed at the end of the decade.
As the community grows the plan can be changed. The growth needs
to be orderly. Discussion was held on'the purpose of the
resolution. If this resolution is revoked the Environmental Impact
Study would have to be changed. This study needs to be completed
first. Quandt made motion to revoke Resolution #1430 no second
was made. Motion failed.
River. This was referred to Dan Hostler and his committee to
see if a solution can be found.
