<br />Hall County Board of Supervisors Meeting March 21, 1995

<br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00. A.M. from adjourned
<br />session and by published call with Chairman Irene Abernethy presiding.
<br />
<br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Hartman, Margaret
<br />Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt, Judy Rosenkotter and Tammie Stelk.
<br />
<br />/ Invocaiton was given by Rev. Roger Nelson, First Presbyterian Church.
<br />
<br />Pledge of Allegiance was given.
<br />
<br />Minutes of the March 14 meeting were recived and corrected. Quandt
<br />made motion and Stelk seconded to accept and place on file minutes.
<br />Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk
<br />all voted yes and none voted no.
<br />
<br />Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz distributed to the board
<br />correspondence from Madison County. He suggested that no action be
<br />taken toda~ until Madison County takes some action. The proposal
<br />that Hall County sent to them has not been acted on by them.
<br />
<br />Discussion was held on what qualifies the board to hold an
<br />executive session.
<br />
<br />Janulewicz reccommended that the bridge request from Earl Yankten
<br />be denied. This bridge is on privated property. Hartman made motion
<br />Quandt seconded that the county attorney send a letter to Earl
<br />Yankten informing him of this decision. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, Quandt; Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted
<br />no.
<br />
<br />Quandt and Janulewicz were excused for discusion.
<br />
<br />Hartman made motion and Rosenkotter seconded to accept and place
<br />on file the County Treasurers Miscellaneous Receipts. Abernethy,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes.
<br />Quandt was absent.
