<br />~ <br /> <br />~ 9S-~..., 70 <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Hall County Public <br />Works Director is hereby authorized and directed to provide <br />snow removal as needed, as determined by the Public Works <br />Director, upon Wildwood Drive between North Road and <br />Engleman Road. Janulewicz, <br />Deputy Hall County Attorney <br /> <br />Unauthorized dumping on county roads was discussed. There is a <br />fine that can be assessed but it is difficult to prosecute. This <br />issue was turned over to the Solid Waste Committee. <br /> <br />Steve Paustian, City Parks Director, discussed with the board the <br />super cell located North of Grand Island. A letter was sent to <br />the board members" concerning the city taking over maintenance and <br />development of the cell. Hall County. received funds from the <br />Nebraska Resources Development fund as part of the Moores Creek <br />Flood Project. The city has passed a resolution to accept ownership. <br />Steve Paustian is asking if the County is willing to be involved in <br />this project. Discussion was held questioning if it would be a <br />benefit to Hall County. The board requested one week for futher <br />investigation.
