Roger Muckel <br />offered to answer questions the Board me~ers might have. <br />Steve Scheer ,,'art Attorney representing Bernard Bockerman . who now <br />has a'lease with Fant Broadcasting, said his client was willing to <br />negotiate for renewal of the lease. <br />Terry Schmidt, Instructor for GI Avaition, said he used the Muckel <br />airstrip a~d felt,the .towertobe:const~ucted would be a hazard to <br />aircraft using.Muckel's field. <br />Jeff Marousek representing Fant Broadcasting spoke for the ~ompany <br />applying for the permit to build t~e tower. <br />Roger Doerr, whose parents own the land in question for the new tower, <br />told the Board that his parents had agre~d.-td have Hall County named <br />in a million dollar liability policy for the tower. <br />Eight"or ten pilots were in the audience and were not -in favor of the <br />new tower. <br />Deputy County Attorney; Jerry Janulewicz and Max Boersen, Building <br />Inspector were still recommending the grant of the permit for the <br />tower. <br />12:18 P.M.
