Landis gave an update of her being in contact with qne <br />of the Madison County Commissione~and she asked that the meeting be <br />set ,up with Madison County to work'onthe agreement renewal and details <br />of murder cases. She asked that Janulewicz and Hartman be at this me~ting. <br />Then will corne back with a recommendation for' contract ahd this will' . <br />have to do it this week. "",,"',' <br /> <br />Hartman made motion, seconded by Quandt to pursue the purchase of <br />old City Hall, to see if it is struct~l~l~ sound and feasible to <br />have an architect to inspect before gXge ~.~ the option to buy. <br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie and Quandt voted yes, Abernethy, Rosenkotter <br />and Stelk voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Leslie voiced a concern of the' I~80 Interchange Impact Study being <br />finished.,- His wish was to have a meeting with the area' people involved <br />to get the study finished so that it can be sent to Washington for <br />approval or not. Then proceed from there. Discussion followed on this <br />item. Time did not permit further time on this, and so was delayed <br />unt~l, late~ iq, th..day. <br />. .' . <br /> <br />Steve Fosselman with the Public Library gave a report on the sched1-lle <br />and stops of the book mobile. He gave each of the Board a copy of the <br />day and. time' of,' each' stop within the county. Bid openings for a new <br />book mobile was set for March 14, 1995 at 10:30 A.M. <br /> <br />Hartman made motion, seconded by Landis to approve and authorize <br />the Chairman to sign the agreement between the County and the State <br />Department of Roads for project i BRO-7040(15). Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Stelk, seconded by Quandt to open bids for janitoral <br />services for the Couthouse, Social Service Building and the Administration <br />Building. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and <br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no. <br />
