<br />Jean Fisher, Register of Deeds, discussed the updating of the computer
<br />in her office. She had anticipated this earlier and allowed $11,000 for
<br />"t~is; howeve~ to. update the system"adequately and for storage space, she
<br />needed an additional $10,~00 and as~)the approval to purchase. Board
<br />members wanted 'her to wait""until the next fiscal year. Fisher said space
<br />would run out before then, and there was a two-month wait after ordering.
<br />Rosenkotter made motion to approve this updating and to take the $10,000
<br />out of the computer line item #50500 in the General Fund, Leslie seconded
<br />the motion. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Rosenkotter and Stelk
<br />voted yes, Quandt abstained. "Motion carried.
