AMne and Associates shall be provided a complete schedule of values upon award of <br />construction contract and receipt of such Information by the Owner. <br /> <br />2.2 AIlDmONAL SERVICES All of the fonowlng Items shan not be considered part of basic <br />services and shall be reimbursed as described above. <br /> <br />2.2.1 After acceptance of the design development concepts by the owner/client, additional or <br />alternate Mechanical and/or Electrical systems design. <br /> <br />2.2.2 Work required by our firm to develop Change Orders which are .not Initiated by our firm, <br />shall be reimbursed as Additional Services. <br /> <br />2.2.3 Record drawings are not Included In basic services but can be provided as an <br />Additional Service If requested. <br /> <br />2.2.4 Additional Site Visits beyond those Identmed above during design and/or construction. <br /> <br />2.3 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br />Reimbursable Expenses are In addition to compensation for Basic and Additional <br />Services and Include expenses Incurred by the Engineer and Engineer's employees and <br />consultants In the Interest of the Project, as Identmed In the following clauses. <br /> <br />2.3.1 I:xpenses of transportation In connection with the Project; expenses In connection with <br />out-of-town travel associated with the project; long-distance communications; and fees <br />paid for securing approval of. authorities having Jurisdiction over the Project. Mileage <br />shall be reimbursed at $0.276 per mile. <br /> <br />2.3.2 Expense of reproductions, postage and handling of Drawings, Specmcatlons and other <br />documents. <br /> <br />3.0 PAYMENT SCHEDULE: <br /> <br />3.1 Payment shan be within 30 days from the date of Invoice. Payments not received within <br />60 days will be assessed with a finance charge of 1.5% per month retroactive to the <br />date of Invoice and compounded monthly. <br /> <br />4.0 SUPPLEMENTAL CONDmONS OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND <br />CONSULTANT <br /> <br />4.1 The Consultant shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of the Owner, Owner's <br />other consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, their agents or employees, or other <br />persons performing any of the work. <br />
