<br />Max Boersen, Building Inspector, discussed information he had received
<br />concerning the conditional use permit that has been applied for by
<br />Fant Broadcasting Co. for a 620 ft tower. Motion made by Landis,seconded
<br />by Ste1k to have Boersen and the County Attorney to clarified what a
<br />conditional use permit is and if it invo1es air space and to come back
<br />next week with a recommendation. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Rosenkotter and Ste1k voted yes, none voted no.

<br />Hartman made motion, seconded by Leslie to approve conditional use
<br />permit for David G.K. Werner for a sand and gravel operation south of
<br />AIda with the stipulation that the county bridge not be used by loaded
<br />trucks and that the drainage of water not become a flooding problem and
<br />that four way stop signs be installed. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.

<br />11:23 A.M., Leslie made motion, seconded by Quandt to go into Board of
<br />Equalization. Abernethy, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes,
<br />Hartman and Landis out of room, motion carried.

<br />11:26 A.M., Quandt made motion, seconded by Leslie to return to regular
<br />session. Aberenthy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and
<br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no.

<br />Howard Maxon, Communication Director, discussed the needs for the sound
<br />and recording systems needed in the board room. The board approved the
<br />purchase of a recording system to be taken out of the miscellaneous
<br />general budget, miscellaneous line item, by motion of Landis, seconded by
<br />Hartman. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and
<br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
