Motion carried. <br /> <br />(2) Discussed the James Truell, Attorney letter in regard to the contract <br />with his office representation on court appointed basis for juveniles, <br />contemp citations and paternity issued will expire on January 1, 1997. <br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Quandt to notify Attorney Truell the County <br />Board plans to let the contract expire on January 1, 1997. Abernethy, <br />Landis, Leslie, Long and Quandt voted yes, none voted no, Hartman and Stelk <br />absent.
