<br />AGREEMENT - STATE DEPARTMENT ROADS PROJECT BRO-7040(23) Cairo SE.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Leslie to approve the agreement with State
<br />Department of Roads and authorize chairman to sign. Abernethy, Hartman,
<br />Landis, Leslie, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />
<br />AGREEMENT WITH STUHR MUSEUM for snow removal and maintain 3.2 miles service
<br />road for one year, commencing November 1, 1996 for $560.00
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Quandt to approve the agreement with
<br />Stuhr Museum and authorize chair to sign. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />COMMITTEE REGARDING VENDING SERVICE BIDS. Quandt, Chairman of committee
<br />stated they have no recommendation at this time. Committee had met but
<br />one member was absent and 2 committee members could not agree on vendor.
<br />Quandt requested they reject bids and rebid. Abernethy reported on the
<br />vending committee meeting. She felt Great Plains Vending met the specs
<br />best. Hartman had been unable to attend the committee meeting but he
<br />still felt should throw out all bids, and have them report on how much
<br />money they would give Hall County on a 2, 3 or 5 year contract.
<br />Following more discussion, Hartman suggested matter be tabled and placed
<br />on agenda for December lOth meeting, after Elected and Appointed Officials
<br />meeting and would obtain their input.
<br />Bill Velder, Coca Cola Bottling Co, spoke in regard to some of questions
<br />asked.
<br />
<br />CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMMITTEE REPORT ON COURT SYSTEM. Abernethy Chair of
<br />Committee stated they had no report yet. Will meet with Judges on
<br />November 19, 1996 at 12:00 noon to discuss the proposals.
<br />
<br />COUNTY TREASURER'S MISCELLANEOUS RECEIPTS: Motion by Quandt, seconded by
<br />Leslie to accept and place on file the County Treasurer's miscellaneous
<br />receipts as received. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Long, Quandt
<br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
