Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Landis <br />to adopt and authorize chairman to sign agreement. Chairman Stelk requested <br />a quarterly report of services provided. Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, <br />Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Hartman absent. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-0034: Discussion for the additional funding of $6000.00 for <br />Public Defender 1995-1996 budget which had been presented last week and <br />failed to carryon 3 yes, 3 no tie vote. Motion by Abernethy, seconded <br />by Leslie to adopt Resolution #96-0034 to transfer $6000.00 to Public <br />Defender budget. Discussiononthe transfer from Court System budget would <br />overrun that budget, should be transferred from Miscellaneous general budget. <br />Abernethy/Leslie agreed to amend motion to transfer funds from miscellaneous <br />line in Miscellaneous general budget to the Public Defender's budget. Aber- <br />nethy, Landis, Leslie and Stelk voted yes, Quandt voted no, with Hartman <br />absent.
