<br />c;~~ - /93 <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISOR MEETING, JUNE 4, 1996 <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 a.m. from adjourned session <br />and by published call, in the County Board Meeting Room, Administration <br />Building, 121 S. Pine, Grand Island. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chair Tammie Stelk. <br /> <br />INVOCATION: Rev. Fred Gardner, United Congregational Church of Christ. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: The Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Margaret Landis, <br />Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and Tammie Stelk. Absent was Richard Hartman. <br /> <br />MINUTES OF MAY 28th MEETING: Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Leslie to <br />approve minutes of May 28th meeting as received and on general consent to <br />accept communications and place on file except for #2, #3, #9 and #11. <br />Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, w~th <br />Hartman absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY: Deputy County Attorney Jerom Janulewicz was present. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION: Attorney Janulewicz presented resolution in regard to revised <br />rules and regulations for George H. Clayton Hall County Park. <br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Landis to adopt resolution #96~0035 for <br />rules and regulations as presented. Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, <br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, Hartman absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION# 9~- C)tJJ~- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISlDNG REVISED RULES AND REGULATIONS <br />GOVERNING THE USE AND ADMINISTRATION OF 11IE GEORGE H. CLAYTON <br />HALL COUNTY PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors desires to revise the Rules and <br />Regulations governing the use and administration of the George H. Clayton Hall County <br />Park. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Hall County Board of Supervisors that the <br />following Rules and Regulations be adopted, effective July 1, 1996, regarding the use and <br />administration of the George H Clayton Hall County Park, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Park": <br /> <br />1. 0 General Park Rules <br /> <br />1.1 Motor vehicles and trailers may be parked only in designated parking areas. <br /> <br />1.2 The maximum speed limit within the park shall be ten miles per hour. <br /> <br />1. 3 Persons within the Park shall obey all park rules and traffic signs. <br /> <br />1.4 Go-carts, snowmobiles, unlicensed motor vehicles, and horses shall not be <br />operated or used within the Park. <br /> <br />1.5 Firearms shall not be permitted within the Park. <br /> <br />1. 6 Alcoholic liquor shall not be permitted in the Park. <br /> <br />1.7 Persons within the Park shall not litter. <br /> <br />1.8 Park visitors shall not intentionally disturb the peace and quiet of other persons <br />,within the Park. <br /> <br />1. 9 Pets within the Park shall be kept on leashes or within confined enclosures and <br />shall not be permitted to run at large while within the Park. <br /> <br />2.0 Camping <br /> <br />2.1 Camping is permitt~d only in designated camping areas during periods as <br />established pursuant to section 4.0. <br />
