<br />VISITOR'S PROMOTION BUREAU PROCLAMATION: Theresa Kuzelka, Visitor's Bureau
<br />Director, gave update information on the activities and presented a token
<br />check for one hundred six million dollars, reflecting the Economic Impact
<br />on Grand Island-Hall County Area. She requested the proclamation to declare
<br />the week of May 5 - 11, 1996 as Grand Island/Hall County Tourism Week.
<br />Proclamation for Grand Island Hall County Tourism Week 1996 was read
<br />by the County Clerk.
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Rosenkotter to accept and authorize
<br />Chair to sign the Proclamation. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, non~ voted no. Motion carried.

<br />INCREASE OF PRICE PAYOUT AT KENO SATELLITE LOCATIONS: Attorney Janulewicz
<br />explained the request received and the recommendations for the changes.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Landis to approve the request for the
<br />increase of price payout at Keno Satellite Locations. Abernethy, Hartman,
<br />Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
<br />Motion carried.

<br />RESOLUTION #96-0025: Motion by Landis, seconded by Quandt to adopt the
<br />Resolution #96-0025 authorizing increasing the prize payout at Satellite
<br />Keno locations. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter
<br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INCREASING TIlE PRIZE PAYOUT AT
<br />SATELLITE KENO LOCATIONS
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
<br />that prize payouts of amounts not to exceed $1,499.99 per ticket at satellite keno
<br />locations be hereby authorized; provided, that all prize payouts at satellite keno locations
<br />shall conform. with procedures approved by the Charitable Gaming Division of the
<br />Nebraska Department of Revenue and the state rules and regulations.
