8. 10:15 a.m. BID OPENING FOR PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICE FOR HALL COUNTY CORRECTIONS —Ziola made a motion and McFarland seconded to open the bids for the pharmaceutical services for Hall County Corrections. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola aN voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. 9. PUBLIC WORKS — 10:30 a.m. BID OPENING FOR THE 2013 2014 ASPHALT MAINTENANCE OVERLAYS - Schuppan made a motion and Ziola seconded to open the bids for the asphalt maintenance. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT- Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka requested the board members to stay after the meeting to sign the budget documents. She also has information for the NIRMA if they want to attend. She also reminded them of the flu shot clinic on September 16�h. Mr. Schuppan stated that there will be an engineering forum at the Heartland Events center on September 27'" and it would be nice if someone from the county could attend. Ms. Lancaster stated that she has a print out of the program from the National NACO Association and will leave a copy in Stacey's o�ce if anyone is interested. Mr. Zitterkopf asked if the letters to the Kroegers were delivered and Mr. Schuppan stated that they were delivered on August 27'". 7
