8. 10:15 a.m. BID OPENING FOR PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICE FOR HALL COUNTY <br /> CORRECTIONS —Ziola made a motion and McFarland seconded to open the bids for the <br /> pharmaceutical services for Hall County Corrections. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, <br /> Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. PUBLIC WORKS— 10:30 a.m. BID OPENING FOR THE 2013 2014 ASPHALT <br /> MAINTENANCE OVERLAYS - Schuppan made a motion and Ziola seconded to open the bids <br /> for the asphalt maintenance. Amold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and <br /> Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT- Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka requested the board <br /> members to stay after the meeting to sign the budget documents. She also has information for <br /> the NIRMA if they want to attend. She also reminded them of the flu shot clinic on September <br /> 16'". <br /> Mr. Schuppan stated that there will be an engineering forum at the Hea�tland Events center on <br /> September 27"' and it would be nice if someone from the county couid attend. <br /> Ms. Lancaster stated that she has a print out of the program from the National NACO <br /> Association and will leave a copy in Stacey's office if anyone is interested. <br /> Mr. Zitterkopf asked if the letters to the Kroegers were delivered and Mr. Schuppan stated that <br /> they were delivered on August 27"'. <br /> 7 <br />
