�'a' <br /> RESOLUTION # `� -Qa�. <br /> SETTING AND ESTABLISHING A MAXIMUM LAWFUL SPEED OF 45 MILES PER <br /> HOUR FOR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ON 13O ROAD OLD NE HWY 11 <br /> FROM SCHULTZ ROAD NORTH FOR I/ MILE <br /> TO T�IE WOOD RIVER CITY LIMITS <br /> WHEREAS, the State oFNebraska Departir►ent of Roads (NDOR) relocated NE Highway <br /> 11 west and south of the City of Wood River, Nebraska: and <br /> WHEREAS, as part of the above project, the NDOR relinquished the section of NE Hwy <br /> 11 from US Highway 30 south through Schultz Road ta the new NE Hwy 11 at appraximately '/z <br /> �nile south ot Schultz Road to the City ot`Wood River and Hall County thereby placing the <br /> responsibility for establisl�in� speed limits with the city and caunty; and <br /> WHEREAS, a Traffic Engineering Speed Zone study was conducted by the Hall County <br /> Engineer and, as a result of said survey, a maximum lawful speed of 4S miles per hour is <br /> recammended for vehicular traffic upon 130t�' Road (Old NE Hwy 1 l) frc�rn Schultz Road north <br /> for approximately 1/ mile to the Wood Rivcr City limits; and <br /> THER�FORE, it is hereby determined and ordered that the �naximum lawful speed upon <br /> 130tt' Road (Old NE Hwy 11) from Schultz Road north for �/ mile to the Wood River City limits, <br /> all within Hall County, Nebraska, shall be set and established at 45 miles per hour, and that in <br /> accordance herewith, personnEl of the Hall County Public Works Department, Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, are directed to post appropriate speed limit si�ns to this etfect forthwith. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 21ti` DAY OF MAY, ?013. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor �� ��Td v _ <br /> Seconded by Supervisor �u,����� � h(,�'� <br />
