Then a mandate from district court has been filed and the <br /> $40,000.00 escrow dollars shauld come back to the county in 30 days. The electrical pole is up <br /> and there is a line far the gate. Mr. Schuppan stated he will check on the parts that had to be <br /> ordered and building and grounds will do the wiring. <br /> Mr. Zitterkopf stated he has now moved on to the guard shack at CAAP but the building cannot <br /> be moved because there is a well site that they want to protect. <br /> 12. There are two reasons far an executive session <br /> to prevent needless harm or injury to an individual and to protect the public interest. <br /> McFarland made a motion and Purdy seconded to ga into executive session for the <br /> perFormance evaluation, real estate negotiations and the ambulance contract negotiations. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none <br /> vated no.
