Motion by Quandt, <br />seconded by Rosenkotter to adopt Resolution #96-0021 for Local Emergency <br />Operating Plan as presented. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, <br />Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
