Motion by Rosenkotter, seconded by Abernethy, <br />to approve the agreement for project BR07040(18) and authorize chair to sign. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR LOAD RESTRICTIONS ON HUSKER HIGHWAY: Resolution #96-0015 was <br />discussed. Motion by Rosenkotter, seconded by Abernethy to approve Resolu- <br />tion #96-0015 for load restrictions on Husker Highway. Following more dis- <br />cussion, Rosenkotter amended the motion to include gravel roads in the resolu- <br />tion as State Statute permits and authorize Hostler to place limits on roads <br />where needed. Amendment failed to get second so vote was on original motion. <br />Leslie, Quandt and Rosenkotter voted yes, Abernethy, Hartman, Landis and <br />Stelk voted no. Such signs are to read as follows: <br /> <br />Roadway Load Restriction <br /> <br />14,000Ibs. Single Axle <br />24,000 lbs. Tandem Axle <br />30,000Ibs. Triple Axle <br /> <br />by Resolution of the County <br />Board of Supervisors <br />Section 39-6. 189 Neb.
