Discussion followed. <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Quandt to approve the Interlocal <br />Cooperation Agreement as presented and send to City of Grand Island. <br />Comments were made by County Board Members. <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Quandt to amend the motion to authorize <br />Deputy Attorney to work with City Attorney to see if something can be worked <br />out. <br />Attorney Janulewicz suggested the Public Works Committe and he work <br />with the City Public Works Director, City Attorney, City Administrator <br />and the Landfill operator. <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Landis to call for question:. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted <br />no. Motion carried. <br />Vote on the orginal motion with amendment. Hartman, Landis, and Quandt <br />v()~~~_ yes, Abernethy, Leslie, Rosenk~:tter anciH__~!~_l~ vo_1::~_~_no. Motion failed. <br /> <br />Motion by Roseknotter, seconded by Abernethy to place on agenda for April <br />9th meeting for additional information. (No vote was taken) Suggested the <br />4 that voted_nbmeet with City officials for possible solution. <br />Stelk stated the City of Grand- Island have worksession on April 1, 1996 <br />at 7:00 P.M. and Abernethy, Leslie, Rosenkotter and Stelk will attend the <br />meeting. Abernethy, Leslie, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, Hartman, <br />Landis and Quandt voted no. Motion carried. <br />
